This theatre initiative came as a response to our personal need to find a outlet through which we can re-examine current and past situations of oppression. We want to offer safe space where we can de-normalize and challenge hierarchical relations of power existing in our homelands and in Germany. We will be using Applied Theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed principles to turn the stage into a tool that can empower migrants.
